10 Account Suspension & Termination

vipfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable deductions for bonus abuse, fraud, or outstanding chargeback liabilities, unless closure is due to regulatory seizure or court order.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of vipfun shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
